These three programs are the CORE Programs of Vibrant Goddess Nutrition. Sometimes clients know exactly what they want and which program is right for them. Other clients are a bit unsure of what they need or if they even want to commit to working with me. I get it, it’s a big investment! If that’s you, I recommend completing an “Initial Consult” with me. This initial consult is a 60 to 90-minute appointment in which you and I are able to learn all we need to know about one another, and by the end of the appointment I will know exactly how I can help you and you will know if you want to continue working with me.
My programs are a great option for those who have a strong commitment to their health and want to jump in with both feet. Each program includes functional testing and you can learn more about the details of each test here. Every client of mine receives individualized and customized care; much time and effort is invested by me to carefully create a plan that meets your needs and goals.
