The initial consult allows us to get to know each other a little better so we can create a customized plan based on your dietary needs, food restrictions, budget, wellness goals, lifestyle habits, and more. This meal plan is meant to capitalize on what your'e already doing right, and fill in the gaps that need improvement!
Create a comprehensive plan
Customized meal plans that include a shopping list, nutrition information, preparation guide, and simple to-do task to keep you organized and successful! We can create 3-day, 7-day, or month long plans; you can request breakfasts only, dinners only, or a crock-pot only plans. The possibilities are endless.

Check in and adjust the plan if needed
The initial plan is great but we need to see it through! We will have weekly check in appointments to discuss how the plan is working for you and what adjustments need to be made. This can be done via video chat or phone call, whichever works best for you.
